Coordinates craft training, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs across assigned locations. Manages schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, participant records, certifications, and training documentation. Supports instructors and participants, prepares materials and facilities, tracks completion and compliance, produces reports, and maintains records with regulatory and industry organizations. Contributes to process improvements and consistent workforce readiness programs.

Leads procurement execution across multiple projects and large-scale programs. Manages sourcing, solicitations, bid evaluations, supplier performance, purchasing coordination, and commercial issue resolution. Aligns procurement activities with project schedules, costs, delivery requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Applies procurement strategies, improves workflows, advises stakeholders, and guides others. Requires experience with complex procurement environments, contracting, supplier management, procurement platforms, and ERP tools.

Leads resolution of complex and escalated hardware, software, and mobility issues. Performs root cause analysis, identifies service improvements, mentors service desk analysts, maintains troubleshooting documentation, supports onboarding and training, ensures ITSM compliance, and coordinates with infrastructure and application teams on recurring incidents and remediation.

Supports employee and candidate lifecycle services for an on-site mega/mobility project. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee engagement, policy guidance, training logistics, events, interview coordination, offboarding, and connecting employees with People Practices resources. Partners with business leaders, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent employee experiences and support an inclusive project culture.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with HR centers of excellence and People Operations, and uses workforce metrics to guide decisions. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role supporting a large-scale U.S. project, requiring relocation or travel to the assigned project location.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies supporting workforce planning, engagement, inclusion, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with People Operations and Centers of Excellence, uses workforce metrics to guide decisions, and supports an on-site mega/mobility project for the duration of the assignment.

Provides remote bilingual employee support through case management, phone, chat, and email. Handles basic People Practices transactions, employee data updates, inquiries, documentation, triage, follow-up, and escalation while maintaining privacy, compliance, and audit standards. Uses Workday and ServiceNow to troubleshoot basic issues and support employees, including early-shift coverage beginning at 6:00 AM EST.

Leads the design and delivery of complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and business domains. Defines integration strategies, validates proofs of concept, ensures architecture and governance compliance, oversees implementation, resolves technical risks, conducts architectural reviews, and presents solution designs to stakeholders. Mentors team members and promotes architecture, development, and coding standards.

Conducts independent audits of internal operations, processes, and controls; designs audit plans, identifies risks and control gaps, analyzes findings, reports results, recommends corrective actions, and monitors resolution. Collaborates with process owners and guides less experienced team members to improve operational effectiveness and internal controls.

Coordinates talent acquisition activities for skilled trades and construction craft roles, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, hiring events, onboarding, offer administration, and pre-employment screening. Maintains applicant tracking system records, requisitions, and recruiting documentation; supports sourcing through trade schools, workforce partners, referrals, and community organizations; and prepares recruiting activity reports and performance metrics.

Leads enterprise AI initiatives from use-case prioritization through deployment and adoption. Translates business needs into AI solution specifications, manages cross-functional delivery teams, oversees budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, and measures business value and ROI. Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmaps, governance, and emerging technologies while supporting team performance and talent development.

Administers enterprise and business applications across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include configuration, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, patching, access management, integrations, upgrades, testing, backups, and data integrity controls. Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Maintains application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Leads the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products. Defines product features, user stories, backlogs, and requirements; partners with stakeholders, UX, engineering, and architecture teams; coordinates testing, releases, and rollouts; monitors product performance and feedback; recommends enhancements; and manages vendor evaluations and service delivery.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Builds RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimizes database access, supports CI/CD and automated testing, participates in code reviews, estimates development effort, and collaborates with product and technical stakeholders. The role also involves orchestrating AI agents across development, testing, and code review workflows while ensuring secure, reliable, production-ready solutions.

Supports construction project delivery by reviewing drawings and submittals, coordinating with project teams and contractors, monitoring schedules, budgets, labor productivity, quality, and safety, and maintaining project documentation. Participates in field activities, safety planning, project meetings, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
