Lead development of internal construction products by managing Product Owners, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, oversee agile delivery, and measure adoption, quality, and business impact. Serve as the on-site People Practices representative for a large mega project, delivering employee and candidate experiences, onboarding, training logistics, event coordination, basic employee relations support, early career program support, and local execution of People Operations processes. Requires daily in-person presence and partnership with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications (HRSD, ITSM), build and maintain integrations with HRIS/ERP (Workday, Oracle EBS) using REST/SOAP/JDBC, ensure platform security and performance, participate in Agile delivery, and support future module adoption and enterprise integrations.

Manage and review employee time and payroll-ready data for craft and administrative staff, support timesheet accuracy and compliance, resolve pay inquiries, coordinate with Shared Services Payroll and People Practice teams, handle payroll corrections, onboarding/offboarding in payroll systems, support union-related payroll matters, and provide field-facing payroll guidance and travel support for assigned projects.

The EHS Application Administrator manages enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance, supporting users, and collaborating on projects and training. Responsibilities include application maintenance, user support, and documentation.

The National Planning & Scheduling Leader is responsible for establishing the vision and standards for planning and scheduling across the company, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, providing leadership to regional teams, developing planning systems, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
