Manage recruiting relationships for skilled trades: source and engage trade contractors and craft workers, build talent pipelines, coordinate outreach and hiring events, and partner with project teams to fill on-site trade needs.

Designs and activates enterprise workforce development strategies, identifying future talent needs and building scalable solutions (pipelines, apprenticeships, upskilling). Leads solution design, pilots, external partnerships, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure organizational capability over a 3-5+ year horizon while executing near-term programs.

Lead development of internal construction products by managing Product Owners, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, oversee agile delivery, and measure adoption, quality, and business impact. Responsible for strategy, UX collaboration, build vs. buy analysis, release management, and team performance management across distributed teams.
