Teams at DPR Construction

Lead development of internal construction products by managing Product Owners, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, oversee agile delivery, and measure adoption, quality, and business impact. Responsible for strategy, UX collaboration, build vs. buy analysis, release management, and team performance management across distributed teams.

Serve as local People Practices representative delivering employee and candidate experiences: onboarding, interview coordination, training logistics, event planning, early-career recruitment support, basic employee relations, onboarding/offboarding administration, and local execution of People Practices programs. Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence. Role is full-time on-site with weekly travel to Monroe, LA.

Serve as the HR business partner for a mega project, leading employee engagement, workforce strategy, DEI, change management, succession planning, employee relations, and coaching People Practices Advisors. Act as liaison to Centers of Excellence, support on-site workforce (admin and craft), and drive data-informed people decisions. Requires daily on-site presence and occasional travel.
