Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department team. The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, trainings, conferences and e-learning solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of the company, department and your own.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create and distribute valuable, relevant content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience, both B2B and B2C. This includes blog posts, eBooks, webinars, videos, and more.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, create and curate content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
  3. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, automation workflows, and segmenting the email list to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on marketing performance. Use data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
  5. Remote Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of webinars, workshops, our biannual conference and other virtual events.
  6. Onsite Event Marketing: prepare collateral materials and giveaways items, communicate with other team members in executing designs and producing giveaways, and participate in various industry and non-industry events. Travel, primarily in the USA, may be required up to 4 times per year.
  7. Brand Awareness: Contribute to brand-building efforts to increase brand recognition and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the language, e-learning or training industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and the ability to create compelling content.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
