About the Role:
The XTRATUF Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing Manager and cover all aspects of traditional and digital marketing. This role will help support brand growth across core and adjacent brand segments. From content creation to product marketing, the Marketing Specialist will have their hands in a variety of projects. Working closely with multiple teams and partners, this role will have you fully immersed in all things XTRATUF.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
  • Collaborate from cross functional teams to help maintain a unified marketing effort between Marketing, Sales, Ecom, and agency partners
  • Own day-to-day oversight of brand social channels and calendar, monitor campaign goals, and engage with the community
  • Participate in and run tradeshows and pop-up events
  • Partner with the Sales team to execute wholesale level activations and ensure account success
  • Manage incoming creative requests and creative asset management
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Passion and understanding of footwear/ fashion industry and trends
  • 2-3 years of experience with brand or agency marketing teams
  • Knowledge of social and digital media landscape and trends
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible self-starter able to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Experience with Adobe CC (photo and video editing, graphic design) is a plus

Remote: This position operates in a remote environment. Work is performed primarily using a computer, phone, and virtual collaboration tools. The employee must have a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace with reliable internet access that supports online meetings, data security, and consistent productivity. Work is generally sedentary, involving extended periods in a stationary position with periodic movement as needed.

The employee is expected to maintain availability during agreed‑upon business hours and attend required meetings via video or teleconference. Remote schedules must not interfere with normal interactions between the employee, their supervisor, coworkers, or customers, and must support the team’s ability to meet business needs.

Confidential information must be handled securely at all times, including proper storage, password protection, and adherence to company security protocols. Employees must ensure their remote environment supports safe, compliant work practices and upholds company standards for professionalism, communication, and responsiveness. Performance expectations for remote employees are consistent with onsite roles, including meeting deadlines, attending meetings, and maintaining regular communication with leadership.
