This role drives patient growth and enhances brand perception through multi-channel marketing, including digital platforms, in-clinic communications, email, social media, advertising, and events.

- Develop and execute in-clinic and external marketing strategies and campaigns as assigned.
- Create and manage patient-facing content across channels (web, email, signage, video, social, print)
- Serve as the primary owner of in-clinic collateral, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee waiting room digital signage content and platform management for all locations.
- Support event marketing, including managing sponsorship requests and on-site event coordination.
- Manage marketing intake processes, prioritize requests, and route projects appropriately.
- Partner with operations, practice managers, IT, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Identify process improvements and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
