The Marketing Specialist (Events & Community) will support Teikametrics’ brand and field marketing efforts, with a focus on event execution, webinars/virtual events, and social/community engagement. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for an early-career marketer who enjoys managing details and bringing campaigns to life.

You’ll work closely with the Creative & Content Director and broader marketing team to execute in-person events, produce webinars, and manage day-to-day social publishing and engagement across key platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Social & Community Management

  • Manage social publishing across LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and YouTube
  • Schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages
  • Support promotion of events and webinars across channels
  • Identify opportunities to engage in relevant conversations and communities
  • Repurpose event and webinar content into social posts
  • Event & Webinar Execution

  • Support planning and execution of in-person events (trade shows, conferences) and owned virtual events (webinars)
  • Manage logistics including booth coordination, swag sourcing, vendor management, and timelines
  • Build and maintain project plans and run-of-show documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pre- and post-event activities
  • Support webinar execution end-to-end:
  • Scheduling, setup, and speaker coordination
  • Live moderation and troubleshooting
  • Post-event follow-up (recordings, content distribution)
  • Campaign & Content Support

  • Support execution of integrated campaigns tied to events, webinars, and social
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to deliver assets on time
  • Assist with light copywriting and content updates
  • Help organize and maintain marketing assets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative & Content on campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing on webinar promotion and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute programs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or social media (internships included)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or similar platforms
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
