Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team in Lawrence, MA.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives while representing client brands in a professional and engaging manner. You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, interact with customers, support promotional activities, and help ensure each initiative is executed successfully.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to develop valuable skills in marketing, communications, promotions, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities and customer interactions
  • Engage with customers and communicate key information about products, services, and promotions
  • Support the coordination and preparation of promotional events and campaigns
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and performance objectives
  • Help maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team
  • Assist with campaign organization, materials, and daily operational needs
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities
  • Contribute ideas to improve promotional strategies and customer engagement
