Marketing Program Coordinator – Business Development Team
As marketing program coordinator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our business development team and international marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives for our North American market. This role includes a strong emphasis on event management and audience engagement while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and other internal and external programs. This will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives.

As a marketing program coordinator, you will…
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person (predominately), virtual, and hybrid events including conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, executive briefings, and internal meetings.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and vendor relationships while following established timelines and adhering to deadlines.
• Help inform annual budgets, manage forecasting, and track expenses throughout the calendar year.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to discover and track new trade shows and conferences of strategic value
• Support internal preparation for conferences, including venue selection, contracts, transportation, lodging, catering, and AV requirements.
• Support broader marketing activities including campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, content development, communications, and brand promotion.
