Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Marketing Operations & Demand team, specializing in Lead Management. You will be a key operations partner to both Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless orchestration, execution, and optimization of our lead management processes, including marketing to sales handoff and sales follow-up.

 SDR Program Operations & Process Optimization:

  • Operationalize and support our Lead Management process across Martech, Salestech & Analytics tools (ie, Marketo, Demandbase, LeanData, SFDC, Outreach, Nooks, Monday.com, Tableau, etc).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead routing, scoring, prioritization, and response SLAs in coordination with GMOD, RevOps, Marketing and Sales
  • Conduct funnel analyses to identify drop-offs and opportunities for performance improvement across the lead management lifecycle — for both inbound lead response & outbound prospecting

Platform Administration, Enablement & Support:

  • Serve as an administrator and power user for Lead Management tools like Outreach, Nooks, Drift, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales leadership to design, build & implement Sales follow-up sequence strategy that supports CyberArk’s full solution portfolio.
  • Educate stakeholders on Lead Management tools, workflows, and best practices to maximize tools adoption and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize tools, cadences, automations, and lead scoring/routing mechanisms
  • Drive alignment between SDR, Sales, and Marketing on goals, definitions, and processes

 Reporting & Insights:

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to support performance reporting, KPI tracking (e.g., meetings booked, conversion rates, speed-to-lead).
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership and GTM teams, identifying opportunities to optimize performance, drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Solid understanding of B2B GTM motions, sales funnel dynamics, and marketing automation/Salesforce CRM workflows.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales Development programs with measurable results in pipeline contribution and deal acceleration.
  • Data driven individual with a strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, data manipulation and management skills
  • Hands on expertise with using Salesforce.com, Outreach, Nooks & Tableau or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

The salary range for this position is $61,000 – $85,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
