What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Develop dashboards and standardized reports that visualize campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI—then translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Own the Tech Stack: Oversee and optimize HubSpot, Warmly, and related integrations to ensure all GTM systems work together in support of revenue goals.
  • Enable Campaign Execution: Configure and maintain systems for ABM, inbound, and paid media programs to guarantee accurate data flow and dependable attribution.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and segmentation across platforms to power effective targeting and reporting.
  • Optimize Processes: Design and document workflows for lead generation, scoring, routing, and tracking to streamline collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and CS.
  • Empower Teams: Provide training, resources, and troubleshooting to maximize adoption and effectiveness of all revenue systems.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Align tools and workflows across teams, enabling seamless lead management, attribution, and shared visibility.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing tools, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements that expand capability and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS organization
  • HubSpot expert with proven success managing integrations, data hygiene, and automation
  • Proven experience managing complex integrations, data hygiene, and custom automations
  • Strong analytical skills — able to translate data into insights and actionable strategies
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, and attribution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and CS
  • A self-starter mindset — proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment
