About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager - AI Tools to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of AI technologies across our marketing tech stack. This role will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into marketing workflows, transforming how we engage prospects, streamline operations, and accelerate pipeline. As part of the global Marketing Operations team, you’ll own the AI tools and infrastructure that power personalized, scalable engagement, from conversational agents to predictive insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to operationalize new AI capabilities, ensure data alignment, and drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
Own marketing AI use cases, including Qualified, 6sense AI Email, and Salesforce Agentforce, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across systems.
Implement AI solutions that optimize lead management, scale personalization, and accelerate marketing performance.
Design and test AI prompts and workflows for marketing including inbound follow-up, nurture, chatbot engagement, and email automation.
Partner with demand generation and campaign teams to operationalize AI agents for inbound response, nurture sequencing, and personalization.
Track and report on performance metrics to measure impact of AI initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Build and maintain an AI roadmap for Marketing, aligning capabilities to business priorities and evolving MarTech strategy.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to pilot or adopt innovations that drive efficiency and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the IT AI Platforms team and cross-functional steering committee on AI tool review, selection, implementation, and adoption
What You’ll Need:
6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
Strong technical experience with MarTech tools (especially Qualified, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, or related platforms).
Hands-on experience working with or implementing AI tools within marketing or sales workflows (e.g., chatbots, email automation, generative AI assistants).
Demonstrated ability to test, tune, and operationalize AI models or prompts to improve business outcomes.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance measurement.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving AI and MarTech landscape.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Agentforce, OpenAI, or other LLM-based marketing solutions.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Background in lead management, nurture design, or marketing analytics.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations in AI applications.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
