The Position:
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will align and optimize the marketing department, processes, and technologies to enhance revenue generation and overall business efficiency. You will streamline operations, improve collaboration, and drive revenue through data-driven decision-making and process improvement. You will ensure the tools are working proficiently to meet GameChanger's marketing objectives. You will report to our Director of Growth Marketing.
What You'll Do:
Manage our marketing tools, including Braze and Hightouch, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
Support the owners of other marketing tools, including AppsFlyer and HubSpot, through assistance with integration and maintenance.
Build marketing workflows, lead scoring models, custom events, and data validation rules to support our goals.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate marketing systems with CRM, CDP, and other business systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Manage deep linking, link-building strategies, and support the marketing team in tracking across all channels to enhance campaign performance and ensure accurate attribution.
Maintain technical documentation of marketing systems, including system architecture, data flows, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with marketing systems, working with our teams and external vendors to ensure resolution.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation platforms and system administration.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and/or customer engagement platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with data management, including data modeling, data quality, data governance, and querying data using SQL.
Experience working with an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred) to track app campaign performance and ensure accurate attribution.
Knowledge of CRM systems and experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM.
Certification in Braze and experience writing advanced liquid.

The target salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
