About the Role
CFRA Research, an independent equity and fund research firm, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems and processes behind our marketing and sales engagement. This role sits at the center of our HubSpot instance, our Salesforce integration, and our web and social presence — turning campaign ideas into clean execution and clean data into usable insight.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary HubSpot administrator: manage the portal, build and maintain workflows, automations, lead scoring, and campaign assets (landing pages, forms, emails, lists)
- Build and launch marketing campaigns end-to-end — from workflow logic to asset creation to post-launch reporting
- Own marketing analytics and reporting: campaign performance, engagement scoring, pipeline attribution, and ad hoc reporting for leadership
- Maintain data hygiene and process alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce, working closely with sales operations to ensure clean handoffs and accurate attribution
- Manage website updates and content publishing in WordPress , coordinating with marketing on landing pages, campaign microsites, and ongoing site maintenance
- Edit and produce video content (webinar clips, analyst commentary, promotional content) for use across web, email, and social channels
- Upload, format, and manage video content on YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlist organization
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tech stack performance, flagging and resolving integration or data issues
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, with deep hands-on HubSpot administration — asset building, workflow/automation design, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including experience with CRM data structure and marketing/sales alignment
- Experience managing a website in WordPress or a comparable CMS
- Familiarity with financial services — comfortable with industry terminology, compliance-conscious content practices, and B2B audiences in asset management, wealth management, or related sectors
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign and engagement data
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Nice to Have
- Background at a research firm, asset manager, or financial data/analytics company
- Familiarity with paid digital advertising (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar), including campaign setup, budget management, and performance tracking
- Comfort with basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript) and experience managing a YouTube channel or content library
Benefits
- 20 days of Vacation
- 8 Sick Days
- 1 paid volunteer day
- 10-11 Holidays a year
- Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance
- Company paid Life & Disability Insurance
- Competitive Pay
- Annual Performance Bonus
