As Marketing Manager at Tomorrow.io, you’ll be at the center of driving impactful marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, product launches, and content. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company to bring our brand to life - whether that’s creating content that sparks interest, orchestrating events that showcase our leadership, or helping to position products in ways that resonate with customers. AI and automation will be at the core of how you work, giving you the tools to move fast and scale impact. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow, and an opportunity to leave your mark on how one of the most innovative companies in the world drives awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.

This role is full-time, based in Boston, Massachusetts, and operates in a hybrid capacity with the majority of the GTM team operating onsite twice a week. The role reports to the VP of Marketing. 

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience across events, content, and product marketing - SaaS background required
  • Hands-on ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution
  • Demonstrates an AI-first mindset with proven ability to drive AI-driven workflows via leading tools (e.g. Zapier, GPTs, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives with detail
  • Resilient mindset - resourceful, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments

What you’ll do:

  • Lead planning and execution of key events and field marketing programs
  • Support product marketing with messaging, positioning, and campaign-ready assets
  • Create content for campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership
  • Apply AI tools and automation (Zapier, GPTs, HubSpot, Salesforce) to scale programs and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with the entire GTM team and Product to deliver consistent execution
  • Maintain always-on campaigns (website, social proof, nurture streams)
