Top Skills: Ai Tools

TigerEye provides secure AI for your business data. We automate marketing, sales and finance reporting with live dashboards and conversational AI to deliver instant, accurate answers to complex questions about your business.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing execution and campaign management as we enter our next stage of growth.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to directly impact pipeline and brand visibility by blending traditional B2B demand gen with emerging tactics like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered workflows and modern social strategies.

You will work closely with our sales team and co-founders to execute our strategy. If you’re energized by growth experimentation, leaning into AI tools/strategies and coordinating multiple moving parts, then this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Own campaign execution, lead nurturing, and performance reporting with a focus on delivering qualified pipeline

  • Partner with our founders and sales leader to drive the most efficient and high-performing end-to-end prospect journey — from first touch through to sales handoff, ensuring leads are engaged, educated, and truly sales-ready before they reach an SDR or sales

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives with product, design, and leadership

  • Experiment with new, cutting edge marketing tactics including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and emerging Social approaches

  • Pioneer GEO and AI-driven tactics that give TigerEye a competitive edge in discoverability and awareness

  • Manage content production workflows (with support from contractors, agencies, or internal teams as needed)

  • Track, measure, and report on MQL Volume & Quality, Campaign Performance, Pipeline Impact, and Tech Stack Efficiency

    • Primary KPIs include # of MQLs; MQL-to-SQL conversion rate; CTR, CPL, cost per opportunity; $ pipeline sourced from campaigns; % of campaigns launched on time

  • Act as the operational hub for marketing, ensuring deadlines are met and initiatives stay aligned

What We're Looking for
  • 4-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience

  • Strong campaign management skills — you’re just as comfortable in HubSpot/Marketo as you are developing content

  • Comfort with roll-up-your-sleeves operational work

  • A creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and testing

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; you’ll be working across sales, product, and leadership

  • Deep expertise with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, analytics tools)

  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing websites

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
