Job Title: Marketing Manager
Employment Status: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, in-office with 1 day WFH option (Kendall Square)
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 base + equity options

As our Marketing Manager, your mission is to strategically plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and overall brand engagement. You will work across multiple channels—both online and offline—to plan campaigns, produce compelling content, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of all marketing deliverables. This position will have a strong focus on project management: maintaining organized timelines, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to keep projects on track. This position will be onsite in our Boston office (Kendall Square). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

About you

If you find yourself energized by the challenge of seeing campaigns through from concept to completion, this opportunity might be perfect for you. You thrive on balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on work, such as producing content, and you gain satisfaction from watching your initiatives translate into measurable brand growth and qualified leads. You love envisioning holistic campaigns, breaking them down into their component parts, and organizing them all to make them come to fruition. In addition, you are detail-oriented and excel at orchestrating events and marketing calendar items, ensuring deadlines are never missed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns throughout the buyer cycle to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns by building exceptional briefs, setting clear goals, and managing projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content—including web pages, webinars, email campaigns, white papers, and promotional materials—that resonate with target audiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, external agencies) to align on messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Working with the Demand Generation Lead, optimize the website for lead generation and user experience, ensuring pages and content are up-to-date and conversion-friendly.
  • Experiment with and refine marketing processes, tools, and tactics to continuously improve results and ROI.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management and integrated campaign execution in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in producing campaign content—including webinars, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and more.
  • Strong self-starter mentality capable of owning end-to-end campaign management with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively in content and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality in all marketing assets.
  • Local to Boston
