Job Description SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our diagnostic imaging pharmaceutical products in the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark) BeNeLux, Poland and Russia.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our product portfolio in the region.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute the marketing strategy for diagnostic imaging pharmaceuticals in the assigned territory, including identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Brand Management: Drive brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels for our imaging products.

  • Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, including developing go-to-market plans, implementing sales training, and promotional materials.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and regulatory guidelines.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing tactics.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based marketing to drive customer engagement and product adoption.

  • Sales Support & Training: Provide marketing support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and training necessary to successfully promote and sell our products.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the assigned region, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and local market laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Significant years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns in a highly regulated industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostic imaging trends, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel as required for market visits, customer meetings, and conferences.
