What you will do

In this role, you'll take a major part in our small, high-caliber marketing team - shaping strategic plans and executing creative ideas using cutting-edge tools and rapid A/B testing. You'll play a key role in turning marketing concepts into measurable impact, partner closely with the CEO, and be part of growing this team as we take our growth efforts to the next level.

  • Demand generation: hands-on management of paid and organic advertising, social media, online lead gen programs, SEO, email marketing.
  • Lead quality: turn campaigns into qualified, relevant leads that move the needle for sales.
  • Marketing CRM: Marketing automation platform and all connected systems, lists & segmentation
  • Website (hands-on optimization of content, design, functionality- built on Wix)
  • Performance reports and dashboards to track and optimize marketing funnel and KPIs
  • Field marketing support.
Requirements

Who you are

  • +5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strategic and hands-on experience with social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in Demand Generation: managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, forums, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel management - building, optimizing, and measuring performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and extract insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for basic visual content creation (design background not required).
  • Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system or prior experience in healthtech.
