At Lexroom, we set the bar for legal AI — clear, fast, and built for trust.

In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving lawyers, law firms, and companies the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters.

We’re scaling rapidly, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team. After our success across Europe, we are now entering the German market. We are looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to be one of our first employees in Berlin, building our presence from the ground up and establishing Lexroom as the leader in Germany.

Why Lexroom.ai?
  • Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.

  • Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.

  • Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work—faster, clearer, and more efficiently.

At Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.

Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a market-builder, not a coordinator. You will own the German marketing engine, shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to make Lexroom the leading legal AI partner in the country.

  • Market Authority: Translate our global vision into a powerhouse local brand. You will ensure Lexroom speaks the language of the local legal market with total precision and trust.

  • High-Impact Events: Own the spotlight. From leading our presence at major industry conferences to hosting exclusive executive dinners, you will make Lexroom unmissable.

  • Growth & Community: Build and scale our local social channels and professional network. You will create content that delivers real value to legal professionals, driving engagement and authority.

  • Performance Ownership: Manage the local marketing budget. You will launch, test, and scale campaigns across digital channels and local partnerships, obsessed with ROI and growth.

  • Strategic Alliances: Build the ecosystem. You will identify and secure key partnerships with local associations, influencers, and strategic tech partners.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, or a high-growth startup.

  • Growth Mindset: A "founder" mentality—you are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build processes where none exist.

  • Language Mastery: Native-level (or C2) German and fluent English. Precision in legal-adjacent communication is key.

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella).

What Sets Us Apart

An Exceptional Team

At Lexroom.ai, you’ll work alongside top talent in tech and legal AI.

Our focused teams operate with purpose and autonomy, so every contribution delivers visible results.

You’ll collaborate with people who pair innovation with rigor, curiosity with discipline, ambition with depth.

Growth that Matters

We hire exceptional people to make a difference—and we give them space to lead.

Your work will shape the future of legal technology and set new standards for the field.

Impact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title. If you’re ready to take responsibility, you’ll find real opportunities to grow and lead high-stakes projects.

Rewarding Your Contribution

We value excellence and share success:

  • Annual Salary Range: €60,000 – €75,000

  • Equity Package: €XX,000 in stock options (ESOP) to share in our long-term success

Benefits That Matter
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind.

  • Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier.

  • Performance Bonuses: Rewards tied directly to measurable results.

  • Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas.

At Lexroom.ai, ambition meets discipline and purpose. We’re not just building a product—we’re setting a new standard for the legal world. If you’re ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
