This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and scale their entire marketing and demand generation function. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building systems, processes, and growth initiatives from the ground up.

They are an established company in the beauty manufacturing industry that has successfully supported product innovation and brand growth for decades while continuing to modernize their operations through technology and AI-driven initiatives.

This role will own the company's digital growth strategy, including SEO, website management, content development, email marketing, CRM optimization, lead generation, reporting, and marketing automation. AI is not simply a supporting tool in this position; it is a core component of how work is executed and scaled.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
  • Manage and continuously optimize website content, including landing pages, product pages, and Shopify content.
  • Create and refine AI-assisted content that supports organic growth and conversion objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and technical SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with external website developers and oversee content implementation projects.
  • Build, launch, and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead capture funnels.
  • Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives targeting key decision-makers and buyers.
  • Manage and test paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, automation sequences, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate research, content creation, campaign development, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, search visibility, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain the marketing content calendar and coordinate project timelines.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and direction to designers and other collaborators.
  • Present regular performance updates, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
  • Research and implement emerging AI tools, marketing technologies, and growth strategies to improve efficiency and results.
  • Take ownership of the company's overall digital growth initiatives and marketing performance.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, DTC marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing SEO strategies and website content.
  • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools daily for marketing execution.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
  • Experience with Shopify content management.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to overlap at least 5 hours daily with Eastern Time.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to execution.
  • Experience measuring and reporting marketing performance.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success improving SEO rankings, organic traffic, or inbound lead generation.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience creating and optimizing marketing funnels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow development and automation tools.
