Role Summary: As the Director of Marketing at Caldwell, you will be the architect of our firm’s global structure for branding, market growth, and new client acquisition. This role is designed for a “hands-on” strategic builder who can develop innovative ways to connect companies and individuals with Caldwell’s services to achieve their business objectives, drive law firm revenue, and enhance the firm’s brand worldwide. You will lead the transition from traditional marketing to a high-impact business development engine.

 

Job Description: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Branding & Communications: Managing the firm’s external and internal communications, across all online marking channels, social media platforms, and spearheading media relations to develop our brand profile in growth markets.
  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Identifying and executing strategic marketing priorities that directly impact the firm’s bottom line, including maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Business Development Strategy: Partnering with Global Partners to develop and execute individual practice development plans, attending practice group meetings, and helping partners convert leads into clients.
  • Campaign & CRM Management: Leading the execution of marketing initiatives using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for lead generation and data-driven optimization of campaigns for ROI tracking, customer conversion.
  • Event & Profile Management: Identifying and managing major industry sponsorships, speaking engagements, surveys, and award submissions; coordinating high-level client events and global conferences.
  • Content creation & Pitch Strategy: Overseeing the creation of sophisticated pitch decks, heat maps, and promotional materials; coordinating with Partners and Attorneys to follow up on inquiries from the company website.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • 5+ years in media relations, campaign and CRM management experience
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis, market intelligence tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite).
