This Marketing Data Analyst role is responsible for auditing and monitoring the accuracy, integrity, and flow of marketing data generated by the firm's digital marketing campaigns, from initial lead capture through client intake. This position involves working internally with marketing, intake, and client services teams, in addition to external communications with ad platform vendors and co-counsel. Essential Functions:

  • Ability to learn and improve Keller Postman's marketing data integrity, lead tracking, and intake processes.
  • Audit, analyze, and reconcile lead and client records against digital marketing campaign data to verify accuracy end-to-end, from ad click to signed client.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display) with firsthand, hands-on experience configuring campaign tracking and conversion events.
  • Maintain and monitor integrations between marketing platforms and the firm's data warehouse, ensuring lead and spend data flows accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate leads/matters or clients who do not meet requirements, and process lead refunds or credits with ad vendors in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and correspondence with ad platform vendors and third parties to ensure accurate reconciliation of campaign and lead data.
  • Identify the origin of deficiencies in marketing or intake data and flag process or integration issues to internal and external stakeholders to reach collaborative resolution.
  • Maintain a keen and dynamic understanding of lead sources as they relate to marketing spend, campaign performance, finance, and platform integrations.
  • Manipulate large datasets to identify problematic, deficient, or mismatched data per the needs of marketing and attorneys.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed functional requirements for process improvements, data discrepancy resolution, or efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Firsthand experience setting up, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns required.
  • Working knowledge of marketing platform-to-data warehouse integrations required.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Salesforce and/or marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with large-scale data auditing, ideally in a digital marketing or lead generation context.
  • Direct experience managing or auditing paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google) required.
  • Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Legal, or Finance background is preferred.
