As we continue scaling rapidly, marketing is a core growth engine for the business. We are looking for a highly organized, hungry, and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to help support campaigns, content, operations, and day-to-day marketing initiatives.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Tradeify’s marketing strategy across digital channels. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience inside a high-growth fintech brand.

You will work closely with leadership, creative, paid media, content, and operations teams to keep campaigns moving, assets organized, and projects executed on time.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and eager to grow into a larger marketing role over time.

What You Will DoCampaign Coordination
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, affiliate, and lifecycle channels

  • Help coordinate launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product initiatives

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and campaign milestones

  • Ensure internal stakeholders stay aligned on timelines and priorities

Content & Social Support
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media channels

  • Coordinate creative assets including graphics, copy, landing pages, and video deliverables

  • Help repurpose long-form content into short-form assets, emails, and promotional materials

  • Maintain organized content calendars

Marketing Operations
  • Help manage project workflows across teams including design, paid media, product, and leadership

  • Organize files, campaign assets, approvals, and reporting documents

  • Maintain marketing trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets

  • Assist with vendor coordination when needed

Reporting & Insights
  • Pull basic performance data across campaigns, ads, social, and email

  • Help prepare weekly marketing recaps and KPI summaries

  • Identify trends and surface opportunities for optimization

  • Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, landing pages, and messaging

Brand Support
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and public-facing materials

  • Help maintain Tradeify brand standards and messaging alignment

What We’re Looking ForMust Have
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, coordination, project management, social media, or related roles

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and execute

  • Based in the United States

Nice to Have
  • Experience in startups, fintech, trading, crypto, or performance marketing environments

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics

  • Experience supporting social media or paid advertising campaigns
