We’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our US team and help drive this next chapter of growth. 

The role: 

As a Marketing Coordinator you’re organized, proactive, and excited to jump into a variety of marketing projects. 

You’ll work cross-functionally with content, sales, partners, and global teammates to bring marketing campaigns and events to life—from webinar content to in-person logistics.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to build broad marketing experience and grow your career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Help plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, events) 
  • Support logistics and planning for field events, webinars, and tradeshows (virtual and in-person) 
  • Keep timelines, campaign calendars, and task trackers organized and on schedule 
  • Assist with asset production and coordination with designers, vendors, and content contributors 
  • Track campaign performance and help report on KPIs to inform future activities 
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral and help keep resources accessible for the team 
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to support enablement and outreach efforts 
  • Pitch in wherever needed to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on brand 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role, experience within a Tech / SaaS company desirable but not essential 
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills 
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and energized by checking things off a list 
  • Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar 
  • A team player who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys collaborating
