About the Opportunity
EPR is seeking a high-output Content Marketing Manager to build and maintain the content engine behind the Fireworks brand. This role is heavily focused on writing and publishing a steady stream of high-quality content across blogs, website and solution pages, product launches, email, social media, and sales materials.
The ideal candidate is a strong B2B writer who works quickly, learns technical products, and can turn complex ideas into clear, useful content. This person should be comfortable moving from a product conversation to a finished webpage, turning industry trends into an SEO-focused blog, or taking a rough idea and developing it into polished customer-facing content.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. We value strong communication, good visual judgment, and speed. The right person should be comfortable creating clean, on-brand supporting assets using modern tools such as Canva while keeping the primary focus on writing, content development, and publishing.
EPR moves quickly, and this person should too. We're looking for someone who can manage a consistent publishing cadence, learn from performance, and continually improve the quality and reach of EPR's content.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Blog & Thought Leadership: Maintain a consistent publishing cadence of original and refreshed blog content focused on customer challenges, industry trends, products, and search opportunities.
· Website Content: Write, build, publish, and continuously improve solution pages, product pages, landing pages, and other website content.
· Product Content: Learn EPR's products deeply and translate new products, features, and capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging, webpages, launch content, and supporting materials.
· SEO Content: Develop content around priority topics and keywords while balancing search performance with genuinely useful, high-quality writing.
· Content Refresh & Optimization: Regularly update existing content based on search performance, product changes, industry developments, and changing customer needs.
· Sales Enablement: Develop one-pagers, presentations, product materials, customer stories, and other resources that help Sales communicate EPR's value clearly.
· Social & Email Content: Turn larger content themes, product announcements, customer stories, and industry insights into effective social and email content.
· Content Production: Create straightforward, polished supporting graphics and marketing assets as needed to bring content to market quickly.
· Content Performance: Monitor website, SEO, and content performance and use those insights to determine what to create, update, expand, or retire.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts to quickly turn internal expertise into market-ready content.
and modern content tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, and production while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
The Ideal Candidate:
· A writer first. You genuinely enjoy writing and are comfortable doing a lot of it.
· Fast without being careless. You know when something needs another round of refinement and when it is ready to ship.
· Comfortable with a steady publishing cadence and energized by seeing content move from idea to live quickly.
· Curious enough to learn a complex product and ask the questions necessary to understand how customers actually use it.
· Able to interview internal experts and turn a 30-minute conversation into a blog, webpage, product story, or campaign.
· Comfortable working in a lean marketing organization where everyone builds, executes, and contributes.
· Strong visual judgment without needing to be a professional designer.
· Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, healthcare technology, or another technical industry is preferred.
· Collaborative, low-ego teammate who welcomes feedback, takes ownership, and follows through.
· Curious and tech-forward, using AI and emerging tools to increase output without producing generic, low-quality content.
Requirements
Critical Skills:
· 0-3 years of experience in content marketing, B2B writing, product content, SEO content, or B2B SaaS marketing.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of quality content consistently.
· Ability to understand technical products and translate features and workflows into clear customer value.
· Experience writing website pages, blogs, product content, landing pages, email, and sales materials.
· Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword strategy, search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content refreshes.
· Comfortable working directly in a CMS and taking content from draft through publication.
· Strong visual judgment and the ability to create clean, professional supporting assets without relying on a dedicated designer for everyday content needs.
· Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a steady content calendar and multiple deadlines.
· Comfortable using AI
