Marketing Associate, Wakefield, MA – C-4 Analytics

This role requires daily (5 days / week) in-person attendance in Wakefield, MA.

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are currently hiring for a Marketing Associate, Wakefield, MA, as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Who We're Looking For: Marketing Associate, Wakefield, MA

You are an eager, curious, fast learner and want to have a measurable impact on your client's success. You not only understand digital marketing and analytics, but have a passion for reporting and translating information into action for your clients. You want to be on the cutting edge of reaching customers across Display, Search and Social Media Advertising. Love of the automotive industry is a definite plus, as we are a leader in that space.

You’ll be the main support member for our client facing team members.

A day in the life of a Marketing Associate:

  • Manage and maintain working relationships with client facing team members
  • Coordinate and develop materials for weekly client meetings and all client presentations
  • Work in lock step with internal production teams on implementation of campaigns
  • Create client-facing monthly reports on C-4 Analytics campaigns
  • Create client-facing analysis and recommendation regarding all digital touchpoints
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
  • Assist with projects and task work as needed

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
  • Proven critical thinking and creative problem solving skills 
  • Proficiency in an office environment

  • Familiarity with web-based technologies, G-Suite environment are also required

  • This position requires daily attendance to our Wakefield, MA office.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or related degree
  • 1+ years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or Client Services experience or combined internship experience preferred
  • Strong time-management and communication skills
  • Ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties

Compensation: 

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The hourly pay for this position is $21.75 - $26.45 ($45,000 - $55,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week). The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.

Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role. We encourage candidates to discuss their salary expectations during the interview process.
