Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and growth-minded Marketing & Partnership Manager to oversee the promotional and community outreach ecosystem of our US-based clinical practice. In this position, you will be the core driver of our client acquisition pipeline—managing our internal creative marketing team while optimizing paid advertising, digital content, website SEO, and client nurture strategies.

This role balances 75% digital marketing strategy/execution with 25% healthcare business development. A cornerstone of this position is leveraging Zoho CRM to track the customer journey from clinical intake to client onboarding, manage professional referral pipelines, and translate database insights into actionable growth strategies. If you are a process-driven professional who knows how to utilize CRM structures to optimize digital funnels while comfortably building local clinical relationships and B2B partnerships, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Marketing Leadership (75% of Role)

  • CRM Pipeline & Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary manager of our marketing lead flows within Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of client intake sources, monitoring conversion pipelines, and keeping customer data seamlessly organized for our clinical intake team.

  • Team Management: Oversee and coordinate our internal marketing team (content creators, copywriters), organizing workflows to ensure all social media assets, educational resources, and campaign schedules are cohesive, high-quality, and ethical.

  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop, deploy, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, utilizing precise US market targeting and messaging to ethically attract individuals seeking care while lowering overall acquisition costs.

  • Content & Intake Funnels: Collaborate with internal specialists to produce mental health/wellness content that builds clinical trust, and guide the email marketing team to craft supportive, informative lead-nurture sequences triggered through our CRM for prospective clients.

  • Web & SEO Technical Oversight: Monitor website health, organic traffic growth, and search engine optimization (SEO) so local individuals seeking care can easily find our practice when searching for relevant symptoms or specialties.

  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor, protect, and actively respond to reviews on major business listing platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile) in accordance with healthcare privacy guidelines.

  • Recruitment Marketing: Partner with clinical leadership to create targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier licensed US therapists, clinicians, and clinical interns.

Clinical Referral & Partnership Development (25% of Role)

  • Referral Network Building: Proactively connect with local medical professionals, general practitioners, school counselors, HR managers, and community stakeholders via local networking, phone, and video conferencing to cultivate robust, long-term B2B referral networks.

  • Data-Backed Outreach: Utilize Zoho CRM account management features to track contacts, log communications, and monitor which referral channels are most effective, optimizing partnership efforts toward high-value community networks.

  • Community Outreach Integration: Identify local US alliance, sponsorship, or educational workshop opportunities that align with our active marketing campaigns to seamlessly transition community awareness into reliable, trusted client referral streams.

Performance Success Metrics (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated against a balanced scorecard heavily weighted on your marketing results and clinical partnership output:

  • CRM Data Integrity & Reporting (High Impact): Seamless management of lead statuses within Zoho CRM, ensuring precise visibility into lead tracking, source attribution, and pipeline conversion rates.

  • Ad Performance & Efficiency (High Impact): Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) efficiency for paid campaigns.

  • Funnel Health (High Impact): Website conversion rates (visitors turning into booked intakes) and organic search traffic growth for local mental health terms.

  • Referral Network Output (High Impact): Volume of qualified client inquiries or direct intakes generated via professional partner networks and newly secured B2B clinical stakeholders per quarter.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, mental health, wellness, or clinical business environments operating inside the US market.

  • CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM (managing layouts, lead scoring, deal pipelines, and views) to structure and track marketing and referral pipelines.

  • The Zoho Advantage (Highly Valued): Direct experience setting up advanced Zoho Automations/Workflows, utilizing Zoho SalesIQ for visitor tracking/live chat engagement, or building reporting dashboards in Zoho Analytics is a significant added advantage.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Basic familiarity with US healthcare standards (such as HIPAA considerations regarding public marketing, client reviews, and data handling).

  • Relationship Driven: Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to pitch partnerships, network comfortably with medical/clinical professionals, and represent the practice in the local community.

  • Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of Google Analytics, local SEO fundamentals, and email automation tools.
