Description

Who we are

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. It allows salespeople to search for any lead in the world, then our AI finds them better ones, keeps them streaming and does outreach for them. This means they can now spend most of their time actually selling.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to join our analytics department and play a critical role in transforming how we measure, understand, and optimize marketing performance. This is a high-impact position that will partner closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2C or B2B at high scale (PLG) environments, with a proven ability to analyze and influence marketing strategies across the entire customer lifecycle - from lead generation to retention.

In this leadership role, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, self starter, a true partner for the marketing leadership who is also both hands-on with data and strategic in thinking, capable of developing frameworks for campaign attribution, marketing ROI analysis, and marketing funnel optimization

What will you be responsible for?

Marketing Analytics Strategy: Define and drive the analytics strategy for marketing across demand generation, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.

Performance Measurement: Build frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Attribution Modeling: Implement and continuously refine the right attribution model for Lusha to better understand customer journeys.

Data Insights: Proactively deliver actionable insights from marketing data (website, CRM, email, events, and paid media).

Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align KPIs and drive informed decision-making.

Here’s what we need from you:

SaaS B2B PLG Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B PLG SaaS funnels, marketing strategies, and customer journeys.

Experience: 5+ years in marketing analytics roles, with at least 2+ years in SaaS B2B PLG or B2C companies.

Technical Analytics Skills:

Advanced SQL proficiency.

BI Tools (Looker, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, etc.).

Marketing automation platforms experience (Braze, Salesforce).

Statistical Knowledge: Experience applying A/B testing, regression analysis,.

Business Acumen: Ability to tie marketing analytics directly to business outcomes (acquisition, pipeline, revenue, retention).

Leadership: Experience leading analytics projects and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and churn prediction.

AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

Ready to join us? Let’s build the future of sales, together.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
