🚀 About the Role: Mid-Market Manager – NORAM

We're looking for a driven and experienced B2B salesperson to lead growth in our North American Mid-Market segment. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling, building relationships, and driving deals in multi-stakeholder environments.

As Mid-Market Manager, you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, deliver value to top-tier hotel brands, and play a key role in our continued expansion across North America.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Grow Our Presence: Own and expand Triptease’s Mid-Market footprint across NORAM
  • Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotel groups and independent properties
  • Drive Value: Deliver consultative, solution-led sales that align with client goals and hotel performance outcomes
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end, from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored strategies for the region
  • Bring Insight: Use your knowledge of the market and data to inform sales tactics and guide product strategy
Requirements

✨ What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech
    • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
    • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
    • Strong communicator and relationship builder — comfortable engaging C-level executives
    • Self-starter with a passion for tech, travel, and growth
