Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Analyst to join Philips’ Market Analysis & Forecasting (MA&F) team. This MA&F team serves as the enterprise source of truth for market sizing, forecasting, and share tracking to underpin strategic and financial decision-making across Philips. The role offers high visibility and the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level insights.

Your role:

  • Support the development and maintenance of market sizing and forecasting models, in addition to analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth drivers.

  • Translate data into clear, structured insights for enterprise decision-making.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across the Businesses, Regions, and Functions of Philips, as well as contribute to continuous improvement of tools, datasets, and methodologies

You are the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Equity Research, Strategy Consulting, Competitor Intelligence or equivalent; in addition, will preferably have 2+ years’ experience in strategic consulting, and market modeling, with 1+ years’ experience with statistical and/or prediction forecasting.

  • Your skills include a blend of experience in competitor and market analysis, data analytics and management, forecasting, economics, market modeling and intelligence, stakeholder management, KPI reporting, business case analysis, Excel, Codex, chatbot, and app development.

  • You have a Bachelor's (required) / Master's (bonus) in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Data Science or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re a consultative communicator who works effectively across matrixed organizations, partners closely with key stakeholders in a global cross-functional environment, and translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details  

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $104,000 to $165,000. 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.     

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.   

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.   

Additional information:

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. 

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
