  • Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and repair processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve quality and speed

Production & Technical Support

  • Diagnose and repair medical devices following established procedures
  • Assist with mechanical assembly, wiring, and component integration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and service activity

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct inspections and collaborate on quality assurance enhancements
  • Help track feedback from the field and translate it into actionable process updates

Collaboration & Communication

  • Support cross-functional initiatives with operations, engineering, and client support teams
  • Communicate results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business, finance, accounting, operations, or a similar analytical field
  • Eagerness to transition into a hands-on, technical environment and learn new skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in process improvement and systems thinking
  • Comfortable working directly with products, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to lift up to 150 lbs
  • Passport required for occasional international travel

Skills You’ll Build Here

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
  • Mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering
  • Process design, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
