Manufacturing Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

The Role:
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will perform projects to improve manufacturing efficiency. They will work with the manufacturing engineering team to qualify improved processes for production. When there are manufacturing problems, they will help troubleshoot processes, identify root causes, and implement solutions
What You’ll Do:
• Support manufacturing continuous improvement projects.
• Qualify improved processes using statistical methods.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement solutions.
What We Seek:
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Data analysis skills
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
• Bachelor's or master’s student graduating 2027 or 2028
• Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work on the factory floor with manufacturing equipment.

Compensation: $25-$30/per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
