10Beauty, located in Burlington, MA, is building the definitive Intelligent Beauty company, leveraging robotics and automation to reimagine how people can interact with machines on a service level. Our diverse 45-person and growing team is built around individuals with a consistently demonstrated track record of introducing successful new-to-the-world products (100+ new products launched across the team).
Introduction:
*This is a 1 week contract role for the week of August 4th, however, as 10Beauty launches and expands throughout the Burlington/Boston area, this very well could turn into a more full-time opportunity*
10Beauty is seeking a Manicurist/Brand Ambassador, who is either a licensed nail tech or a nail tech in training, for our pre-launch pilot at our office in Burlington, MA. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of beauty technology, connect with consumers, and drive excitement for 10Beauty and the nail industry!
What You'll Do:
- Manicures! Perform full manicures and touch-ups
- Be the Expert: Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, our innovative nail pods, and the accompanying app
- Troubleshoot and Support: Answer customer questions, provide basic troubleshooting for the machine or app, and offer "nail touch-ups" or quick demonstrations to highlight the quality and convenience
- Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image that aligns with the 10Beauty brand values
- Gather Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the 10Beauty team to help us continuously improve
- Maintain Presence: Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean, organized, and inviting

- Reliability and professionalism: This person must have reliable transportation to Burlington
