The Manager Leadership Recruiting leads recruitment for Director-level roles and manages a team of recruiting and/or sourcing professionals. This role partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition partners to develop search strategies, build leadership talent pipelines, and deliver a consistent, inclusive, high-touch candidate experience. The role is accountable for recruiting execution, team performance, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement within the assigned leadership recruiting function.


Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director-level roles within assigned business areas.

· Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, Compensation, and business leaders to understand

hiring needs and develop effective recruiting plans.

· Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive leadership

candidates.

· Use market insights, competitor intelligence, and candidate expectations to support search

strategy and offer discussions.

· Support consistent interview, assessment, selection, and candidate closing practices.

· Build diverse candidate pipelines and promote inclusive recruiting practices.

· Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve speed, quality, candidate experience, and

stakeholder satisfaction.

· Ensure recruiting work aligns with Talent Acquisition processes, business priorities, and

compliance expectations.

 

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

· 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience.

· 3+ years of experience managing or leading recruiters, sourcers, or Talent Acquisition professionals.

· Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for leadership-level roles.

· Experience recruiting Director-level or comparable leadership-level talent.

· Experience developing sourcing strategies for passive candidates.

· Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and business leaders.

· Experience using recruiting metrics, sourcing tools, ATS, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.

· Experience supporting inclusive recruiting practices and building diverse candidate pipelines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership or executive-level hiring.

· 5+ years of experience managing or leading recruiting or sourcing teams.

· Experience managing a team of professional-level recruiting or sourcing staff.

· Experience recruiting in a large, complex, matrixed, or business-to-business organization.

· Experience using market mapping, competitor intelligence, or talent market data to guide search

strategy.

· Experience advising leaders on candidate competitiveness, offer considerations, and closing

strategies.

· Experience improving recruiting processes, reporting, sourcing workflows, or candidate

experience.

· Experience working with external search firms, sourcing vendors, or talent intelligence partners.

· Experience partnering with Compensation on offer considerations or market insights.
