JOB DESCRIPTION:
In partnership with the VP, Talent Management, this role will design and implement a global talent roadmap and performance management strategy to support evolving organizational requirements and support achievement of the business’ aggressive global growth objectives. This role is responsible for partnering with respective COE & Business leaders to deploy the talent management strategy and ensure a favorable employee experience across the entire employee life-cycle: talent attraction, selection, performance management, development, retention and overall engagement.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesTalent Management: Build, engage, and develop a high-performance team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure/manage progress.
Workforce Planning: Plan appropriately to anticipate future business needs. Align our talent management programs to address key opportunities
Talent Review / Succession Planning: Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning
Performance Management: Ensure performance management is aligned with our development, reward & recognition philosophies; manage the maintenance and execution of our performance management system, including corrective action and performance assessment tools
Organizational Effectiveness: Define and execute strategy to promote employee engagement; Work with business leaders to develop a strong and distinctive value proposition to attract and retain top talent, including the opportunity for growth and development.
Data Analysis: Lead the collection, analysis and maintenance of talent data to inform priorities and efforts and effectiveness
Talent Development: Partner with COE to drive efforts and programs targeted towards professional development
Must be able to work in the United States, on an on-going basis, without company sponsorship.
BA/BS degree from an accredited university/college. A degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Strong background in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Development & Coaching, Proficiency in HRIS Systems (Workday) is preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; simultaneously build multiple programs and initiatives
