The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and mentors a team of Recruiters and Advisors in the delivery of high quality – high volume staffing services. As a client-facing Talent Acquisition Partner you will partner closely with others in Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, build targeted sourcing plans and working directly with our hiring managers and business partners along the way.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions of this Position
• Building and maintaining a strong team of high-volume recruiters through effective hiring, development, team building and performance management
• Fosters a collaborative team environment and strong service-oriented culture that drives timely delivery of diverse talent to the
• Manages the activity levels to ensure there is balance amongst the Recruiters supporting the business
• Collaborates with HR Advisors and HRBP’s on new programming and changes to the core programs
• Monitors on-boarding to ensure candidates are flowing through the system effectively
• Works closely with Talent Strategies and Employment Branding to integrate scalable and repeatable sourcing platforms into a functional recruiting strategy
• Works closely with key hiring managers to coach and provide direction on hiring requirements
• Partners with compensation to ensure the delivery of the appropriate total rewards
• Liaise with the Corporate and Talent Management CoE to broker talent across all openings
• Makes recommendation for the talent required to support the business
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience)
• Eight years managing high-volume, exempt, and non-exempt sourcing/recruiting/hiring experience across a variety of client organizations and geographies
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems iCIMS and/or Taleo (ATS) experience preferred
• Experience creating and deploying data analysis to measure sourcing effectiveness and recruiter productivity
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
• Ability to complete deconstructions on the hired talent
• Possess expert knowledge of the complete recruiting function, including but not limited to research, (sourcing and selecting talent), networking, behavioral based interviewing, assessments, candidate experience, etc.
• Ability to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies for each job category
• Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally with business partners and candidates
• Ability to think strategically with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw inferences, and make judgments
