As a Solution Architect Manager you will lead design efforts for software and product innovation initiatives, shaping solution approaches that connect business needs with cloud engineering, data and analytics, and digital integration priorities within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, and manage workstreams with an eye toward sound judgment, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making. Responsibilities
- Leading solution architecture workstreams across cloud engineering, data and analytics, and digital integration initiatives

- Translating business requirements into technical architecture, functional design, and implementation roadmaps
- Managing API management, microservices, CI/CD, and application lifecycle activities across client engagements
- Reviewing software design, code, and test approaches to validate alignment with architecture and engineering standards
- Coordinating troubleshooting efforts for application, integration, and platform issues across complex environments
- Developing and mentoring junior team members on solution architecture, software development methods, and quality practices
- Identifying opportunities to improve digital tooling, automation, and delivery methods across software engineering programs
