Job Overview:
We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and executing Ninja Kitchen's social media strategy across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, with a proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define success against the most important social media KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Coordinate with content creators, marketing partners, and other team members to ensure content consistency and brand voice.
  • Campaign Launches
  • Plan and execute social campaigns/new product launches, including organic, influencer and paid channels, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Use insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and drive engagement.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide junior social media team members and interns.
  • Provide training and support to ensure team members stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ yrs of work experience in Social Media Management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, organic and paid best practices.
  • Influencer Management and activation experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Comfortable with fast-pace and agile work environment.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$77,000-$149,100 USD
