Job Title: Manager, Site Innovation & Operations, NA Ecommerce

Primary Purpose: Lead the execution of a best-in-class product discovery experience, partnering with Digital Product, Design, UX and eComm teams to deliver a seamless, clear path to purchase. Own end-to-end discovery performance, driving innovation across Search, PLP, and Navigation to enhance findability, engagement, and conversion.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce to…

  • Influence and collaborate on the product discovery innovation roadmap, workstream and execution
    • Shape and drive execution of the discovery roadmap, aligned to business priorities and customer needs
    • Lead the Search, PLP and Navigation innovation workstream, shaping the vision to drive conversion, engagement, and findability
    • Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring accountability to timelines, quality standards, and successful implementation (BAT)
    • Ensure a high-quality discovery experience by identifying gaps and friction points and driving improvements
  • Drive performance through data insights, and continuous optimization of discovery experience
  • Own reporting on discovery performance, translating data into clear actions and insights
    • Leverage customer insights, behavior, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to enable ongoing innovation and inform roadmap
    • Drive test-and-learn initiatives to continuously optimize discovery experiences
  • Lead cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, customer first discovery solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Digital Product, Ecom, UX and Testing to drive alignment and execution
  • Influence partners to align on priorities and deliver customer-first outcomes, driving clarity, ownership and accountability across teams
  • Clearly communicate strategy, insights and progress to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and dependencies,

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in eCommerce or eCommerce
  • Passion for eCommerce is a must, with a strong pulse on the digital product competitive landscape
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional network across all levels
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong Excel skills (i.e., knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Tableau & knowledge of digital KPIs
