About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform, trusted by more than 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews each week. We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.

We are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation — building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve.

Role Overview

As the Manager, Sales Enablement, you will help build, optimize, and scale our growing Enablement function - designing onboarding programs, structuring new hire cohorts, and creating the continuous learning infrastructure that turns new reps into quota-carrying contributors faster. You will sit inside Revenue Operations, reporting into our Sales Enablement Leader, and strengthen the connective tissue between Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, ensuring that sales new hires have the product knowledge, competitive differentiators, and messaging fluency to win in a complex, developer-focused market.

This is a strategic, high-impact individual contributor role at a pivotal moment for the company. CodeRabbit is a Series B startup planning to double the go-to-market team over the coming year. You will help own the full enablement lifecycle-from a rep’s first day through ongoing skill development-and you will be measured on time-to-productivity, ramp efficiency, and the sustained performance of the teams you enable.

If you want the mandate to build a world-class enablement function at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in developer tools, this is the role.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement initiatives that support continuous learning, onboarding, and field readiness across go-to-market roles.

  • Continuously iterate on a structured onboarding program covering product knowledge, competitive positionings, pipeline generation, and discovery skills.

  • Manage new hire cohorts through a defined ramp schedule with clear milestones, certification checkpoints, and readiness assessments.

  • Build role based learning paths, certification programs, and competency frameworks that create consistency across the revenue org.

  • Design, develop engaging and effective certification programs, such as product training, sales process workshops, advanced sales skills development, and tools training. Utilize a variety of delivery methods, including live sessions, virtual training, self-study modules, and on-demand resources.

  • Track onboarding effectiveness through key performance indicators, readiness milestones, and 30/60/90-day success metrics.

  • Develop and manage a continuous learning curriculum that keeps tenured reps sharp on new product releases, evolving competitive dynamics, and feature updates.

  • Surface insights from frontline teams, identifying gaps in messaging, skills, or process, and translate them into scalable programs that drive measurable improvement.

  • Manage the enablement content repository ensuring all materials are current, searchable, and organized by role, sales stage, and use case.

  • Manage quarterly onboarding schedules, bootcamps, and weekly enablement calendars across the GTM organization.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related GTM function.

  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes (ramp speed, win rates, retention, expansion, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle SaaS sales motions

  • Hands-on fluency with a modern sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar).

  • Excellent program design and project-management skills; able to run multiple workstreams with competing timelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leaders and facilitating live training sessions.

  • Experience with GTM tooling: Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Slack, Claude, Nooks, Sumble

  • Ability to analyze data and build business cases for enablement investments.

  • A builder's mindset - comfortable in ambiguity, energized by creating structure where little exists.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating sales playbooks, battle cards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and other enablement assets that reps actually use

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will build from scratch, move quickly, and iterate based on feedback without waiting for perfect infrastructure

Nice to Have
  • Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed company (Series A through growth stage) where you built foundational enablement programs during a period of rapid team scaling

  • Background in developer tools, code review, DevOps, or a technical product category where the buyer persona includes Developer Experience, Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Developers.

  • Experience designing and running certification programs with structured assessments, scoring rubrics, and competency tracking

  • Prior experience working within or closely alongside a Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations function.

  • Instructional design training or experience applying adult learning principles to corporate training programs

  • Has operated in AI or SaaS environments and understands the speed at which messaging, product, and competitive context shifts

  • Competitive compensation including base salary, equity, and benefits

  • Direct exposure to Revenue Operations leadership and the broader executive team, with a clear path to grow the function as the company scales
