ServiceTitan is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Manager to play a key role within our Revenue Accounting Team. This role will be integral to ensuring the accurate accounting and reporting of revenue in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee accurate and timely revenue close, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP & ASC 606.

  • Implement and support system evolution, with a focus on automation, scalability, and data integrity

  • Identify and implement process improvements for both large or small process to streamline revenue accounting procedures and enhance internal controls

  • Support and improve internal and external audits through timely documentation and analysis

  • Improve, implement and ensure compliance with SOX controls

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes across the quote-to-cash and revenue recognition cycle

  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes with accurate revenue insights

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.

  • 6 -8+ years' of progressive revenue accounting experience.

  • Mix of public accounting and technology industry experience 

  • Hands-on expertise with complex revenue arrangements (SaaS subscription, variable consideration, and usage-based contracts)

  • Experience in establishing SOX-compliant revenue recognition processes and internal controls.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials preferred.

  • Certified Public Accountant license (CPA) preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
