Inato is a Tech for Good company striving to bring clinical research to each and every patient, regardless of who they are or where they live. To do this, we are building the world's first clinical trial platform to create greater visibility, access, and engagement across a more diverse population of doctors and their patients.
Drug development is a challenging, intellectually complex, and rewarding endeavor: we enable global pharmaceutical companies to confidently partner with community-based researchers to increase patient access to the latest medical innovations. Our AI-powered platform currently offers clinical trials from leading companies to over 5,500 sites across the globe and we are well poised for growth in 2025.
We are a growing team of passionate pharmaceutical experts, software and AI engineers, professional services members, and many more—all bringing their unique perspectives to solve the challenges facing clinical research.
Inato is the recent recipient of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15, and Built In's Best Places to Work 2025.
The RoleWe’re seeking a Marketing Manager, Commercial Enablement to lead the way in equipping our commercial teams with powerful, tailored stories that resonate with sponsors and research sites.
This role will be the strategic storyteller behind our commercial materials, translating Inato’s core messaging and positioning into polished, customized content that helps our teams win hearts and minds. In the immediate term, much of the work will focus on deck creation: building compelling, visually sharp presentations and owning the management and maintenance of our standard pitch decks. You’ll have access to freelance design support, but you must be highly capable of producing strong, polished decks yourself.
Over time, you’ll expand beyond individual deliverables, creating templates, systems, and automations that scale enablement efforts, and allowing you to take on broader areas. This is a high-visibility role with significant room to grow and lead a full commercial enablement marketing function.
Translate Inato’s core messaging and positioning into tailored decks, presentations, and collateral for both sponsors and research sites.
Serve as the lead storyteller for the commercial organization, ensuring every pitch and conversation is supported by impactful, audience-specific narratives.
Own the creation, management, and ongoing maintenance of Inato’s standard pitch decks, ensuring they are always up to date, aligned, and compelling.
Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to deeply understand priorities & audiences and translate them into content & narratives that drive outcomes.
Build templates, systems, and automations that reduce manual workload and create consistency across the commercial team, including for Inato’s RFP responses.
Expand into non-deck enablement projects as needed (e.g., supporting content across other formats, such as emails and landing pages, tailored to specific audiences).
5+ years of relevant marketing or sales enablement experience, ideally in B2B healthcare, life sciences, or technology.
Demonstrated expertise in storytelling and visual communication with examples of decks/presentations that show your ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Ability to produce polished, professional-quality decks independently (with freelance design support available for advanced creative needs).
Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities with speed and precision.
Experience building scalable systems, templates, or processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
Growth mindset, with a desire to own, shape, and expand a critical function at a scaling company.
