Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager, Renewals Sales to lead our Renewals Sales team with coverage across Asia, Korea, and India. In this quota-carrying leadership role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by owning the renewal sales process for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in these key markets.

  • You will act as Risk Mitigation Orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Finance) to maximize renewal outcomes, proactively mitigate churn risks, and capture expansion opportunities at every renewal cycle.
  • This is a high-impact position at the heart of ServiceNow’s recurring revenue engine in one of the fastest-growing regions globally.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Renewal Sales professionals responsible for renewals across ASEAN, Korea, and India.Own and deliver against regional Renewals Sales targets, including Gross Retention Rate (GRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), on-time renewal performance, and overall revenue contribution.Serve as the Risk Mitigation Orchestrator:
    • Proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Orchestrate tailored value stories and commercial proposals that combine renewal, optimization, and growth.
    • Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts by collaborating with Customer Success and Account Teams to address at-risk renewals early and effectively.
  • Drive the end-to-end renewal sales cycle: forecasting, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, proposal development, contract execution, and close.
  • Partner closely with Geographic Sales leadership, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to refine renewal strategies, processes, and go-to-market motions specific to ASEAN, Korea, and India.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and adoption metrics; develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation and retention playbooks.
  • Provide accurate rolling forecasts, performance insights, and business reviews to regional and global leadership.
  • Champion best practices in renewal sales, negotiation techniques, and customer value realization across the team and broader organization.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Renewals Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success within the SaaS/software industry.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading a renewals or sales team.
  • Proven and Demonstrable ability to leverage on AI to increase efficiencies and outcomes.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding renewal, retention, and upsell targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, influencing, and executive presence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional efforts for risk mitigation and upsell execution.
  • Deep understanding of subscription economics, licensing models, and enterprise contract negotiations.
  • Experience operating in ASEAN, Korea, and/or India markets is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM, CPQ tools, and renewals forecasting systems.
