Lead and grow a team of quality engineers in an Agile environment to embed quality into AspenTech's Performance Engineering Suite. Drive adoption of testing technologies and best practices, create and execute behavior tests using Gherkin, collaborate with product owners and technical leads on testable features, and improve quality metrics and KPIs for software delivered to customers.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of quality engineers operating in an agile environment to drive built-in quality in our software applications.
Technical Leadership: Drive adoption of best technologies and best practices across teams to effectively and efficiently test new functionality to enable rapid delivery of value to customers.
Collaboration: Work with product owners, scrum masters, and technical leaders to ensure well defined and testable feature definitions.
Execution: Drive improvement of quality metrics and KPIs for the Performance Engineering Suite of products.
What You'll Need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
- Experience leading teams of quality engineers in an Agile environment.
- Experience testing software systems using a variety of languages, C# and C++ a plus.
- Experience developing software behavior tests using Gherkin.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile
- Problem solving skills and an attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
