The Product Marketing Manager will develop and implement product marketing plans, create compelling messaging, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will own and drive product storytelling across footwear and apparel from early product positioning through launch execution. This role requires someone who can operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, translating product into clear, compelling narratives and bringing them to life across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans to support the launch and growth of new and existing products.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market with an eye for detail.
- Develop and own product briefs: translating product into clear, compelling stories for creative and cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator + presenter: comfortable presenting to leadership, taking feedback, and pushing work forward
- Highly organized: able to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables simultaneously
- Scrappy + solutions-oriented: someone who steps in, figures things out, and is proactive in their contributions
- Creative thinker: not just executing, but helping elevate how we show up in market
- Collaborate with marketing counterparts, along with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Merchandising, and Sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management or integrated marketing, preferably in the footwear, apparel, fitness or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and health products.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
