We partner closely with our clients, serving as a strategic enabler for them to expand their business through innovative and technology-driven solutions.
As part of the CA&E team for the Northern region, you will be responsible for designing product strategies aimed at maximizing Mastercard's penetration across diverse market segments, while ensuring the continued performance of existing product lines, including the effective management of internal stakeholders.
Role
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are looking for a Manager - Product Commercialization for North LAC who will support Product Commercialization in the division and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consistently innovating and problem solving to drive our CA&E strategy forward. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for demonstrating the value of our Products (focusing on Marketing and Personalization), enhancing customer experience and nurturing the relationship with our strategic clients, scoping expansion opportunities, be highly motivated, have an analytical and intellectually curious mindset.
Key Responsabilities
o Lead the development of GTM strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
o Gather and synthesize input from internal teams to design strategies aligned with client and market needs.
o Monitor business performance and customer experience; prepare regular client-facing reports to showcase product value and manage programs with operational excellence.
o Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.
o Develop business cases and solution requirements, contributing to the launch of new Products with a strong focus on business growth.
o Leverage databases, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business management.

o Ability to manage work on several projects concurrently.
o Proven Digital Marketing skills with knowledge in personalization.
o Proven experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects in multicultural environments.
o Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
o Skilled in reporting on risks, issues, progress, and timelines with clear analysis and actionable solutions.
o Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
o +10 years overall work experience; experience in financial services is a plus.
o Experience in product management, product development, and/or project management desirable.
o Fluent in English and Spanish.
