This role serves as a key execution partner for Pharmacy leadership, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and executive-ready deliverables. The individual will drive assigned initiatives, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, support leadership operating cadences, and provide the program management, analytical, and operational discipline needed to advance Pharmacy priorities. The role blends business operations, performance management, program management, executive communications, and process improvement in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Pharmacy strategic priorities through project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and progress reporting
- Manage initiative trackers, action logs, dashboards, and performance reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across clinical, operational, affordability, finance, analytics, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment and forward progress
- Develop executive-ready presentations, decision memos, briefing materials, and leadership updates that translate complex information into concise, actionable insights
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership operating cadences through meeting preparation, documentation, follow-up tracking, and performance reviews
- Conduct analyses to identify performance trends, operational opportunities, execution barriers, and areas requiring leadership attention
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and other tools that support performance management and decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, and increase organizational efficiency through effective use of technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, strategy, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, and decision-support materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, reporting, dashboards, and productivity technologies
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Proven solid analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmacy, clinical operations, value-based care, affordability initiatives, or healthcare operations
- Experience supporting executive leaders and leadership operating routines
- Experience with KPI development, performance reporting, and business analytics
- Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
