We are currently seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our Partnerships team. This position will act as a key liaison for the NOBULL brand in working with various athletes, properties and teams to manage the day-to-day of partnership marketing programs. This role will act as both a team player and relationship-owner to help drive success within our Partnerships team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with certain partners, athletes and ambassadors.
  • Plan, develop and execute partnership marketing programs with current and future partners.
  • Research, brainstorm and ideate around additional opportunities within the Athlete/Sports Marketing space.
  • Create best-in-class product seeding processes and identify new opportunities to seed product at scale.
  • Provide on-site support and leadership of activations/events.
  • Work in tandem with Marketing and Partnerships leadership to provide ongoing reporting to show ROI on sponsorship investments.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and company policies/procedures are maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to identify and execute incremental media opportunities to amplify partnership(s).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to successfully partner across multiple business functions as well as with external partners and vendors.
  • Proven experience managing sports marketing partnerships and activation.
  • Ability to project manage and work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners and attend events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
  • The highest level of attention to detail.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry.
