The Global Network Economics and Value Optimization (NEVO) team
Partners with all regions and global business units to execute changes in economics aligned to product- and market-led strategy under a consistent framework.
Leads the execution of strategic Economics & Value Optimization initiatives that are complex and the scope require a global view and coordination.
Advocates and drives revenue optimization, simplicity, enhanced customer and employee experience, and adherence to principles.
Has a privileged position with visibility to the most material and impactful initiatives across the organization, allowing it to influence and enrich many commercial conversations, through innovative and strategic thinking and a broad and deep cross-market and multi-functional knowledge.
Role• Global ownership of Pricing & Interchange policy and procedures, ensuring consistent application and adherence across regions and verticals.• Strategic alignment, providing a unifying governance framework that aligns product and market led strategies under shared principles• Execution discipline, enabling effective governance and coordination of high impact, complex initiatives requiring a global view• Clear accountability and decision clarity, reducing fragmentation, rework, and ad hoc decision making across markets• Sustainable capability building, embedding governance standards through guidance, support, and training for long term scalability
All About You• Experience with financial modeling (e.g., P&L projections, Cost-benefit, ROI, etc.).• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to interact effectively across multiple functions, geographies, and levels within the company.• Ability to turn data into meaningful information and present it in a concise, professional manner for senior management review.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that key messages are articulated.• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously; motivated self-starter.• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office- must be intermediate to advanced in Excel and Access and proficient in PowerPoint and Word).• Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion.• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
