The Legal Operations Manager owns the scalability and efficiency of the Agiloft Legal Department, including its intake, workflows, technology, and operational strategy. You will optimize how the department delivers its work product and the metrics it reports to the business. You will own the data: identifying, collecting, and analyzing it to tell a clear story of the Legal Department’s value creation. Partnering closely with the General Counsel and the broader Legal Department, you will drive toward Legal and company goals while enabling the team and shaping the culture, incentives, and processes that help everyone do their best work. This individual contributor role reports to the General Counsel.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day legal operations, ensuring the Legal Department is equipped to support the department’s goals and the company’s business objectives.
- Lead legal operations planning and delivery of key legal performance indicators.
- Serve as an internal champion and power user of Agiloft's CLM platform, helping showcase best practices while driving continuous optimization of internal contract processes (track contract status, deadlines, obligations, reviews, non-standard terms, etc.).
- Establish clear intake channels, request triage, prioritization, and approval processes;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain our standard agreements, agreement playbooks, and internal documentation/training materials on our contract process.
- Enable the Legal team and champion its culture by building onboarding and training, aligning incentives and recognition with department goals, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that helps the team do its best work.
- Partner with the General Counsel to manage legal department budgets and track return on investment for legal technology initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled legal technologies and workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and business responsiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of direct experience in legal operations or operational leadership roles in high-growth or technology-enabled environments.
- Demonstrated progression in scope and ownership within legal operations, including experience building systems and processes from the ground up.
- Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and measuring return on investment for operational initiatives and technology deployments.
- Experience with a B2B company including SaaS (or XaaS) MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
- Background in high velocity, ambiguous environments requiring structured experimentation and iteration.
- Experience maintaining or creating a contract repository and tracking contractual obligations.
- Excellent project and task management skills and time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and highly driven to produce results as a team member and individual contributor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
